INSTITUTE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct, furnish and equip facilities and make other improvements at the southwestern Indian polytechnic institute in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
