REQUESTED BY

FOR A TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT HEALTH FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of health

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and renovate a facility to train and employ local residents with emphasis on substance abuse prevention and on breaking the cycle of substance abuse addiction in Rio Arriba county.
