REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the public school capital improvements fund

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Public School Capital Improvements Act; and

to the public school capital outlay fund

thirty-one million dollars ($31,000,000) to be allocated by the public school capital outlay council to carry out the provisions of the Public School Capital Outlay Act, including the construction of classrooms for full-day kindergarten.
