FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE'S

INSTITUTIONS.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the commission on higher education

six million eight hundred twenty-five thousand three hundred thirty-three dollars ($6,825,333) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at the state's public post-secondary educational institutions or other educational institutions established pursuant to Article 12, Section 11 of the constitution of New Mexico.
