45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE BATAAN MEMORIAL PARK IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to install lighting, landscaping, sidewalks, trails, play areas, erosion control and concession stands at the Bataan memorial park in Grant county;

one hundred eighty-three thousand dollars ($183,000) for site preparation, construction and installation of a sprinkler system for soccer fields at the Bataan memorial park in Grant county;

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to purchase and install sod at the baseball fields at the Bataan memorial park in Grant county; and

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for fencing the property surrounding the Bataan memorial park in Grant county.
