REQUESTED BY

FOR DITCH AND DAM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PONDEROSA DITCH ASSOCIATION IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the installation of pipeline to open ditches for the Ponderosa ditch association in Sandoval county;

one hundred twenty-five thousand ($125,000) for sediment removal for the Ponderosa ditch association in Sandoval county; and

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to repair the spillway and armor the headwall of the dam for the Ponderosa ditch association in Sandoval county.
