FOR THE NATIONAL ATOMIC MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE AND FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES IN THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the national atomic museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for traffic control devices in the east mountain area of Bernalillo county.
