HOGBACK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate, equip and furnish a head start facility in Hogback in San Juan county.
