UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

five million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($5,750,000) to renovate and upgrade facilities at the football stadium at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
