Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 776, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "FOURTH DEGREE FELONY" and insert in lieu thereof "MISDEMEANOR".

2. On page 1, line 21, delete "intentionally referring" and insert in lieu thereof "who for personal or monetary gain intentionally refers".

3. On page, line 25, delete "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor.".
