has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "the New Mexico national guard and distinctive registration plates to any person who is".

2. On page 1, line 20, insert a comma after "from" and delete the comma after "guard".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
