1. On page 13, line 6, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "three", then strike the period and "Three members are".

2. On page 13, line 7, strike the comma and the remainder of the line, strike lines 8 and 9 and strike line 10 through "authority".

3. On page 13, lines 12, 15, 17 and 20, strike "appointed".

4. On page 14, line 9, strike "of an appointed member".

5. On page 14, lines 16, 17 and 19, strike "appointed".
