AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS FOR A PROJECT TO PRODUCE A UNITED STATES AND SPAIN VIDEO WITH AN EPISODE INCLUDING NEW MEXICO.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Hispanic cultural center division of the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to fund a project for the production of a United States and Spain video with an episode including New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
