1. On page 9, line 21, strike "or".

2. On page 9, line 25, strike the period and the quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

3. On page 9, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

"(6) a federally qualified health center, as designated by the United States department of health and human services, providing dental services."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
