Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 4, after the comma insert "issues or controversies,".

2. On page 2, line 14, after "person" insert a comma and "who may be an employee of an agency,".

3. On page 2, line 23, strike "offer" and insert in lieu thereof "develop procedures for providing".

4. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "After the initial offer by the agency, alternative" and insert in lieu thereof "Alternative".

5. On page 5, line 22, remove the brackets and line through "another agency" and after the second occurrence of "agency" insert a comma.

6. On page 9, line 17, strike "rules" and insert in lieu thereof "guidelines".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
