Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, remove the brackets and line through "the superintendent" and before "superintendent" insert "state".

2. On page 1, lines 22 through 24, remove the line through "of the establishment of a home school within thirty days of its establishment and notify the superintendent".

3. On page 1, line 24, before "superintendent" insert "state" and after "superintendent" insert "in writing" and remove the line through "on or before".

4. On page 1, line 25, remove the bracket and line through "April 1 of each subsequent year of operation" and strike "in writing the".

5. On page 2, line 1, strike "administration".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
