SENATE BILL 358, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Floor Amendment 1.

2. On page 2, line 5, after "business" insert "to a meeting or hearing for which notice is required pursuant to the Open Meetings Act".

3. On page 2, line 10, before the period insert "and may not receive per diem or mileage for more than one day per week or more than one round-trip per week".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
