has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 2, line 14, remove the brackets and line-through on "ninety" and strike the underscored word.

3. On page 2, line 17, strike "ninety-five" and insert in lieu thereof "eighty-five".

4. On page 3, lines 12 through 19, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
