SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number to SENATE BILL 298, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR DEDE FELDMAN

1. On page 4, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new subsection:

"E. Notice shall be given to the parent of unemancipated males regarding the sexual activities of the unemancipated males."

2. On page 9, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
