has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 9, line 2, remove the bracket and line-through and on line 3, before "fifty" remove the bracket and line-through.

2. On pages 11 through 15, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
