Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 8, after "requested" insert "service,".

2. On page 5, lines 8 and 9, strike "is not receiving service from" and insert in lieu thereof "another telecommunications company can extend or provide service for a lower cost than".

3. On page 5, line 11, after "area" insert a comma.,

and further recommends it now be referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
