AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO DEVELOP A DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to develop and support a dental hygiene program curriculum at eastern New Mexico university at the Roswell campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
