has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 25, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "all".

2. On page 2, line 25, strike "parent" and insert in lieu thereof "parents".

3. On page 3, line 1, before "of" insert "having parental rights".

4. On page 4, line 10, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "are".

5. On page 4, line 20, insert a comma after "petitioner", strike lines 21 and 22 in their entirety and line 23 up to "unwilling" and insert in lieu thereof "with parental knowledge, continuously for a period of three or more months on the date the petition is filed and a parent having parental rights and legal custody of the child is found".

6. On page 11, line 13, strike "are" and insert in lieu thereof "is".

7. On page 17, line 3, strike the first "or".

8. On page 17, line 4, before the first "or" insert "godparent, member of the child's tribe or clan,".
