has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, after the comma insert "except as otherwise provided in Section 61-29-2 NMSA 1978,".

2. On page 2, line 15, after "proceedings" insert a comma and strike the brackets and line-through on lines 15 through 21.

3. On page 2, line 16, strike "salesmen" and insert in lieu thereof "salespersons".

4. On page 8, line 12, strike "salesmen" and insert in lieu thereof "salespersons".

5. On page 10, line 7, strike "salesmen" and insert in lieu thereof "salespersons".

6. On page 10, line 8, strike "salesmen" and insert in lieu thereof "salespersons".
