has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 4, line 2, strike "prescription drug" and insert in lieu thereof "manufacturers'".

3. On page 5, strike lines 24 and 25 and on page 6, strike lines 1 through 19.

4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
