Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "EVIDENCE" and insert in lieu thereof "DATA".

2. On page 2, line 3, strike "evidence and subject to" and insert in lieu thereof "data as defined by regulation by the commission and other evidence appropriate under".

3. On page 4, line 17, after "act", add ", and shall maintain a repository of the scientific data required by this act",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
