has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 4, after "production" insert "or wine produced by another New Mexico winegrower".

2. On page 3, line 8, after "production" insert "or wine produced by another New Mexico winegrower".

3. On page 3, line 13, after the semicolon insert "and".

4. On page 3, line 19, strike "; and", insert a period, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and on page 4, strike line 1 in its entirety.

5. On page 6, line 10, after "licensee" insert "or produced and bottled by or for another New Mexico small brewer".

6. On page 7, line 5, after "brewer" insert "or beer produced and bottled by or for another New Mexico small brewer; and".

7. On page 7, line 9, after "ingredients" strike "; and", insert a period and strike lines 10 through 15 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
