has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "OF THE PUBLIC REGULATION COMMISSION".

2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "public regulation commission" and insert in lieu thereof "state fire marshal".

3. On page 1, line 22, strike "commission" and insert in lieu thereof "state fire marshal".

4. On page 2, line 5, strike "public regulation commission" and insert in lieu thereof "state fire marshal".

5. On page 2, line 11, strike "public regulation commission" and insert in lieu thereof "state fire marshal".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
