1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 4 and 5.

2. On page 1, line 12, after "RECEIVED" strike the semicolon and strike all of line 13 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

3. On page 2, lines 2 through 14, strike Section 2.
