has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, after the semicolon insert "and".

2. On page 2, delete lines 2 through 5 in their entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

4. On page 2, line 15, strike "employees and" and insert in lieu thereof "persons who at the time of the filming, videotaping or photographing are employees or".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
