has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

2. On page 1, line 23, strike "and enforce provisions of" and insert in lieu thereof ", to the standards set forth in the".

3. On page 1, line 24, after "Act" insert ", all construction of and".
