3. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "genus cannabis,".

4. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "growing facility and seed bank managed and supervised" and insert in lieu thereof "from a certified and registered seed source authorized by and supervised".

5. On page 6, line 18, strike "the species sativa, of the" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

6. On page 6, line 18, strike "genus cannabis,".
