AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE NEW MEXICO REHABILITATION CENTER IN ROSWELL.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thirty-four thousand nine hundred ninety-three dollars ($334,993) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to support the operations of the New Mexico rehabilitation center in the city of Roswell. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
