1. On page 3, line 22, strike the entire line and insert in lieu thereof "for extraditing prisoners from without the state and for transporting persons committed by a court to any state institution or required to be returned by order of the court from any state institution to the county of commitment."



and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
