Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 470, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

"A. before July 2001;".

2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

3. On page 3, line 25, after "made" insert "by the taxpayer or by a person as to whom the taxpayer is a successor, as such term is used in Section 7-1-61 NMSA 1978".
