HOUSE BILL 415

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, line 1, after the semicolon strike "or".

2. On page 7, line 5, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

3. On page 7, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following paragraph:

"(8) adoption is not an appropriate plan for the child.".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
