has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 17, line 17, after the period, insert "Civil and criminal penalties are in addition to any remedies available at common law."

2. On page 21, line 3, strike "Section" and insert in lieu thereof "Sections 2 and".

3. On page 21, line 5, strike "through" and insert in lieu thereof ", 3,".
