HOUSE BILL 279, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 2, strike "contract" and insert in lieu thereof "if the "right-of-way grant or easement".

2. On page 2, line 3, strike "regulators' agency" and insert in lieu thereof "regulatory and agencies'.

3. On page 2, line 11, strike "rules" and insert in lieu thereof "regulations".

4. On page 3, line 1, strike "rules" and insert in lieu thereof "regulations".
