MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AFTER-SCHOOL LEARNING SERVICES IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for the purpose of contracting to provide to students after-school learning services that include a tutorial and achievement component in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
