1. Strike all house agriculture and water resources committee amendments.



2. On page 1, line 13, strike "EVIDENCE" and insert in lieu thereof "DATA".



3. On page 2, line 3, strike "evidence and subject to" and insert in lieu thereof "data as defined by regulation by the commission and other evidence appropriate under".
