SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _1_ _ to HOUSE BILL 111, as amended

1. On page 5, line 10, strike "known to the person".

2. On page 5, line 11, after "it" insert "or should have known it".

3. On page 5, line 24, after "knows" insert "or should have known that".

4. On page 20, line 15, after "instrument" insert a period, strike the remainder of line 15 and strike lines 16 and 17 in their entirety.

5. On page 61, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following item:

"(b) The provisions of this section do not limit any other damages to which a beneficiary may be entitled.".

6. Renumber the succeeding items accordingly.

7. On page 62, line 23, strike "one year" and insert in lieu thereof "four years".

8. On page 63, line 11, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "six".

9. On page 68, line 11, after "acts" insert "reasonably and in good faith".
