2. On page 17, line 25, remove the brackets and line through "and".

3. On page 18, strike lines 1 through 6 in their entirety.

4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

5. On page 18, line 8, strike "through C" and insert in lieu thereof "and B".
