1. On page 7, lines 1 and 2, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000)".

2. On page 7, line 6, after the semicolon insert "and".

3. On page 7, lines 7 and 8, strike the money amount and insert in lieu thereof "eight million nine hundred fifty-six thousand five hundred dollars ($8,956,500)".

4. On page 7, line 9, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

5. On page 7, line 10, strike "; and" and strike lines 11 through 13 up to the period.
