HOUSE BILL 21

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, after "disabilities." insert "A plan for a program evaluation, including specific program goals and criteria for assessing program effectiveness, shall be submitted to the legislative finance committee and the commission on higher education by October 1, 2001. An assessment of the program will be completed prior to June 28, 2002 and submitted to the legislative finance committee and the commission on higher education.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
