Senate Joint Memorial 2 requests that April 8, 2000 be declared "Tag Day". The purpose of the memorial is to raise the consciousness of pet owners to ensure proper identification of pets.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
Senate Joint Memorial 2 does not contain an appropriation and enactment would not impose a fiscal impact on any state agency.
