SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___4___ to SENATE BILL 15, as amended

1. Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendments 20 and 21.

2. On page 91, line 21, strike "21.2" and insert in lieu thereof "151.2".

3. On page 92, between lines 1 and 2, insert:

"The general fund appropriation to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs in the contractual services category includes fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a development officer in Crownpoint to assist with planning and implementing capital projects.

The general fund appropriation to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs in the contractual services category includes eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to contract for provision of domestic violence and parents intervention program services in Crownpoint.".
