has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike lines 21 through 23 and insert in lieu thereof:

"WHEREAS, the lease is contingent on Santa Fe county providing a mutually agreed upon amount of free water services to all state buildings serviced by the existing water system; and".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
