1. On page 2, line 17, strike "and".

2. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert a new paragraph "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the New Mexico department of agriculture and the state department of education submit a joint report to the legislative council service by October 30, 2000; and".
