SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
SJM 21 requests the Commission on Higher Education to compile salary and classification data of all classified employees and part-time faculty at all institutions of higher educations, and to provide programmatic reasons for the part-time and full time ratios.
Significant Issues
CHE provided the attached information on working with the LFC to analyze related issues, and to provide information on CHE related studies.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
CHE reports it would not likely be able to undertake a study without additional staff resources.
