Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $408,947 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico to provide accessibility services for the disabled to assist the University in federal law compliance mandates.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $408,947 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 shall revert to the general fund.
CONFLICT/DUPLICATION/COMPANIONSHIP/RELATIONSHIP
The LFC recommendation includes $250.0 for disabled student services.
